How It Works
Centrifuge is a permanent placement firm that operates on a contingent basis. There is no fee involved in our service until you’ve found that needle in the haystack—the right person for the right job. In the event you find someone on your own or aren’t satisfied with the candidates we deliver, you’re out nothing for our efforts. In the event that you do hire someone we submit to you, our fee is 20% of the employee’s first year base compensation, guaranteed for a period of 90 days.
The process typically goes something like this:
- We talk with you about your need for a healthcare professional, company culture, and compensation package and identify the skills, experience, and personality the right person needs to bring to your organization.
- We then enter into a contingent recruiting relationship that enables us to start searching immediately for your needle in the haystack.
- Our firm puts top priority on your search and utilizes every resource to find the right fit for your company.
- We present candidates for your consideration who have been thoroughly screened for interest, skill level, and personality fit.
- When you see a candidate that you’d like to interview, we perform reference checks, verify licensure, and coordinate all the details.
- Centrifuge will coach you how on to conduct an interview that goes beyond the surface and enables you to really get to know the candidate.
- When you’ve found the right person, we will help you craft an offer and handle any contract negotiations that take place.
- We extensively follow up with both the recruited candidate and your company through the first year and from time to time after that to ensure a successful match has taken place.
