How It Works

Typically there are two types of people we work with.  There are the “find me a new job now, I have to get out of here” people or the “I’m pretty content here but would be interested in making a change for something amazing” people.  Whichever sort you are, we can help. 

To get started, the process typically goes like this:

  1. We visit to learn more about you, what makes you tick, and what your dream job would look like.
  2. We then take a look at your resume/CV and make sure that it paints an accurate picture of who you are and what you’re looking for in a new position.
  3. We start marketing and networking to locate the right job for you.  This could take hours, weeks, or even months—it all depends on how quickly you want to move.
  4. We coach you through the interview process, making sure that you’re full prepared to land the job of your dreams.
  5. As the interview turns into a job offer, we act as your advocate and contract negotiator.  We make sure that you get the salary, benefits, time off, schedule, and parking space (just kidding…sort of) that you want.
  6. Once an offer is accepted, we will coach you through your first day, helping work out any paperwork or license transfer issues that surface along the way.
  7. We continue to keep up with you for years to come and are an ever-available resource for any employment questions you might have.  (You can expect a great Christmas card too!)
  8. You are so thrilled with our service that you tell all of your friends/colleagues/relatives about us and earn $500 for every placed referral!
